APSMA / McLoughlinBall Leadership Program

Everyone is a leader, at some point or situation in their lives. And not everyone is perfect.

Given these two facts, we’ve come up with the APSMA McLoughlinBall Leadership Program.

The program aims to deliver significant improvement in your leadership skills and capabilities, whether you’re a BD Assistant at the start of your career or a top flight Marketing/BD Director in a major firm looking to move into a COO role, or somewhere in between.

The end game is to help you to improve your offering, now and into the future.

The APSMA McLoughlinBall Leadership Program is open to all Australian based members of APSMA (either through a firm membership or individual membership) who work in a marketing, business development or communications role in a recognised professinal services firm.

One successful applicant per year will be selected to receive six months of coaching from a professional business coach.
